Introductory lesson evaluation
I'd love to help you get started with my introductory lesson evaluation. During this 45 minute session, we'll get to know each other and I'll assess your current abilities, as well as your goals and expectations for learning guitar.
My aim is to meet you where you are at and give you a clear picture of how we can move forward towards nurturing your passion as both a guitarist and musician.
We will waste no time in diving into our learning! I want all students to walk out of their first lesson with a new sense of how to play the instrument technically and creatively.
Guitar lessons - what to expect
It’s true that every student is unique and has their own learning style, goals, and skill level. That's why I offer lessons that are personalized to each student's abilities and needs. I want to work with you as best as possible to provide clear inspiration and direction for your development.
My lessons are suitable for all ages and skill levels, and can appeal to electric, acoustic and/or classical guitar. During our lessons, we will work on a variety of topics such as scales, chords, songs, and fretboard techniques with a focus on creativity and improvisation.
I provide a range of written and visual materials to aid learning, and I offer helpful online visual and written resources to supplement the lessons. My aim is to create a fun and supportive learning environment where students can feel confident in their abilities and make progress towards their goals.
